Family-Friendly Returns: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • International return address (for non-US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your return securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:

  • The completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • All original tags attached to items

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges

Family Matching Sets: If returning part of a matching family set, please return all pieces together to receive a full refund.

International Returns
